I love any excuse to flick through my old magazines. The long weekend should be enough time to go through them all, to find a perfect angel. Hmm maybe enough time. Hey Janet, when you have all the angel laid out on you floor like last time, take a picture and post on you blog! Cheers

Don't you just love inspiration!!! I'm still looking - I've found a few ideas but this is special for me at this time also! Count me in!! That's right....LOL!!! I've already signed up...duhhh!

The Patchwork Angel , Penny

Hmmmm now I'll really have to get the halo working ovetime to think up something special! Great Idea though Janet! We must remember in this crazy fast world to value each other.

I have just flicked through some old magazines and have found the perfect Angel, I'll start sewing tomorrow at my Friendship Group and get them to sign up too. Well done Janet, I love the idea (and I'm definitely making 2).

Kit In A Cards

  • KIAC SewingMachine s
WHAT IS A KIT IN A CARD? The basic nuts and bolts of it is a greeting card that has a colour image on the front (of the actual sewn project), currently focusing on the "stitchery" series. Inside the card is a kit with EVERYTHING needed to complete the finished stitchery design shown on the card. Screenprinted quality fabric, plenty of DMC thread to complete the finished project, iron on pellon and a Size 8 embroidery needle. With the card, kit and envelope all packaged in a cellophane bag, this unique and original product is the perfect gift for someone special (even if its you!).
